
Permanent classes:
Mondays 7pm (75 min) Slow Flow.
Easter Monday (6 April) this class will start at 6pm
This is still a strong class but with plenty of time to explore the poses, go deeper, or modify, all to make the practice inclusive, safe and healing for everyone, wherever you are on your journey.
Fridays 7.30am (60 min) Warm Morning Flow
Easter Friday (3 April) this class is cancelled, but I am covering the Thursday one the day before.
We move a bit faster, find that strong connection between breath and movement and flow effortlessly through the sequence, setting us up for the day ahead. And all in a nicely heated Shala.
